PRB01 HMS is a set of two reflex balls. They are used to train speed, coordination and precision of blows. Mainly, they are intended to train box. They are also useful in other combat sports, as well as any sport discipline where the speed of hands and reaction play an important role. They will prove useful as a warm-up before a fight or as an interesting supplement. PRB01 HMS set makes that precision and speed workouts are possible anywhere, because the set takes up very little space and consequently, it is easy to take it with you anywhere. The set comprises two balls of different weights. The weight of the ball is selected depending on the proficiency level.
