UW14 HMS is a bar intended for high or low pulley training. It can be used for a wide range of exercise of various muscle sections in the upper body, starting from small muscle groups such as the biceps and triceps groups, through anterior and posterior deltoid muscles, to lats and spinal erector. It is made of top quality steel, which enables training with significant load. Its length and the number of rubber-covered handpieces offer many hold options – from a very narrow to a very wide one. In consequence, during each exercise, our hold enables development of muscles on various lengths of their insertions. Extreme handpieces are set at an angle, which means that when pulling the bar on high pulley elbows are kept close to the body for the best exercise technique. The grip enables precise workout without worrying that it might slip out of our hands. This is due to the rubber-covered handpieces that provide for secure and comfortable hold.
