UW15 HMS is a fixed bar intended for high or low pulley training. It can be used for a wide range of exercises of various muscle sections in the upper body, starting from small muscle groups such as the biceps and triceps groups, through anterior and posterior deltoid muscles, to lats and spinal erector. The grip is made of top quality steel to enable workout with big load. Its length and spacing of rubber-covered handpieces offer many hold options – from a very narrow grip to a very wide one. In consequence, during each exercise, our hold enables development of muscles on various lengths of their insertions. At the widest sections, the handpieces are set at an angle, which means that when pulling the bar on high pulley your elbows are kept close to the body for a better exercising technique. During the workout, the grip enables engagement of muscle insertions alternative to the workout with straight grip. This is possible thanks to extreme handpieces set to provide for a neutral grip. Moreover, they are covered with rubber to allow for secure and comfortable grip, with no need to worry that the equipment might slip out of your hands.
