UW04B HMS is a double handle designed for training involving the top and the bottom pulley. It is used to exercise the back muscles, but it will also work well for exercises with half a barbell (the other half resting on the floor). The bar fits perfectly the center of the handle enabling a user doing the bent over rowing with the half a barbell. The triangular design of the handle is a guarantee of ideal hand positioning and forcing, at the same time, the correct movement during an exercise. The rubberized part of handle provides a firm grip and prevents the utensil from slipping out of the hand, while requiring a firmer grip. Thanks to this we also work on the forearm muscles.
