The Wrist Roller is a specialized athletic tool designed to develop hand, wrist, forearm and grip strength. The safety-lock carabiner at the end of the string allows you to change the weights easily. Padded foam grips minimize hand fatigue and provide maximum grip. It is designed so that you train both concentrically (winding up the cord) and eccentrically (allowing it to unwind under control).
F4420 HMS works with all standard weight plates. It is perfect for training for all sports and also can be used as a rehabilitation tool for hands and forearms.
