Functionality The LR8310 offers possibility to adjust its angle and an adjustable backrest. Adjusting the angle allows you to vary your workout in terms of intensity. The adjustable backrest enables a user to adjust the equipment to his/her height, while the handles at the backrest make it easier to get into the right position. As the trunk descends the glutes and thigh muscles stretch a lot, and because their position is locked they tighten a lot to help the back extensor to lift the trunk back to the initial position. The greater the inclination of the torso, the greater involvement of the muscles. The bench can also be used to exercise the abdominal muscles.
